This course is designed to prepare students for part of full-time work in a floral shop. Students will learn the basic principles of flower design, proper use of hand tools, selling, delivering, and telephone techniques in addition to floral arrangement and corsages. Students will work with silk and fresh flowers. Community classroom is emphasized. Students can enter monthly on a space availability basis.
